While staying at the hotel, we decided to stop in for lunch and were immediately drawn to the lively vibe. We chose to sit at the bar, and that’s where the experience truly shine, thanks to Javier, the bartender. He was an absolute rock star! Javier’s service was impeccable: quick, attentive, and always a step ahead. He not only made excellent recommendations but also made us feel completely taken care of, elevating our entire meal. Here’s what we enjoyed: Baba Ghanoush – Smooth and flavorful, paired perfectly with crisp raw veggies. Crispy Maitake Mushrooms – Lightly fried to perfection, earthy, and addictive. Hearty Grains – Javier’s personal favorite, and now ours too—fresh, wholesome, and instantly memorable. NoMo Burger – Juicy, flavorful, and a hit at the table.
